HOW TO ORDER

WHOLESALE

We currently export to all 50 US states, Canada,
Mexico, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia.
We have an international export program for all
included countries, and will be rolling out more
international program soon.
For payment, we only accept wholesale orders via
our selected method of payment, paid prior to
shipping at this time. We are working on an
ACH/Bank Transfer option coming soon.
When submitting a wholesale request, please send
some proof of a business. We might also need a
copy of your valid resale or business license

DURATION AND ORDERS

How long does it take for me to get my package?


It all depends on your location worldwide. We send
all items via UPS, USPS, FedEx, DH. Under normal
circumstances your package is expected to be
delivered in two to three business days. If you live
in a poorly connected rural location, occasionally it
may take a day or two longer.

CERTAINTY


What happens if I don’t get my package?


If you do not get your package 2 days after the
expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a
trace with Post. If a trace is filed, Post will conduct
an investigation (which can take 5 business days to
complete). If they can locate the package, they will
ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s
deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, we will
send you a 1x replacement package up to $500 of
the value of your package free of charge. We do not
offer postage refunds if your order arrives late

to any postal issues

Has anyone been arrested in the ordering
process?


No one has been arrested for the past 8 years we
have been operating.
We are a registered online dispensary and as such
we have a license which covers all clients buying
from us.

It has recently come to our attention that more and
more websites are starting pop up that completely
lift our images and plagiarize our copy and website
in an effort to trick our customers and scam people
who are actually trying to find our website. Please

RETURN POLICY

All Sales are Final with the exception of damaged
goods. If your product arrives damaged, please
take pictures of the damaged item immediately
and send details with pictures
to sales@cakecartsdispo.com within 2
business days of when product is received.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund inquiry is received, we may
require that the item be shipped back to us for
inspection. We will send you an email to notify you
that we have received your inquiry and/or
returned item. We will also notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be
processed, and a credit will automatically be
applied to your credit card or original method of
payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check
your bank account again. Then contact your credit
card company, it may take some time before your
refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank

DO WE GIVE SAMPLES

We do not give out samples
